Maybe you have a question, what exactly is Ukrainian in this buggy?
After all, now in Ukraine, most sellers of such vehicles call themselves manufacturers, although in fact they only slightly modernize the Chinese design, or simply resell the Chinese model with their logo. As a result, such vehicles are often unreliable, with the frame and undercarriage being the first to suffer. Also, Chinese electric buggies have weak technical characteristics, low torque and speed. Their motors and controllers are often overloaded and can burn.
Back in 2021, our goal was to independently design and manufacture a durable, powerful and reliable electric buggy for rental. Finally we finished the development and testing and now this buggy is also used for military purposes.
From what was developed by us (in 3D model) and manufactured in Ukraine:
- Frame.
- The design of the entire chassis and shock absorber springs.
- Rotary fists and all levers.
- Pedal unit.
- Steering unit.
- Seats and safety belts.
- We use a closed gearbox with gears of our own design and development.
- Full fiberglass body (selected as an option above, next to all specs).
The body version looks like photos 4-6, and the basic version looks like photos 1-3 and the video review.
We use shock absorbers and a steering rack from European car manufacturers.
We use electric motors from the best Chinese manufacturer QS Motors, and we select them in such a way as to provide a large power reserve. Of course, there is protection against overheating, but we have not yet managed to overheat the engines during tests.
The Lite and Standart versions of Hoverla have 2 electric motors each, and the Performance version has 4 motors and, accordingly, 4 controllers (vector). This provides not only all-wheel drive, but also reliability, because if one of the motors is damaged, you can get there on the other.
All versions of this Buggy are ALL-WHEEL DRIVE! But if for some reason you want all the torque to go only to the rear wheel drive, we can do this, please let us know before ordering the car.
